Better than money market? (how laziness saved me money) LarryL  09-27-2008, 9:22 PM | Post #2567637  |

So I maxed out my Roth 401K contributions the last two years, but due to laziness, I never got around to investing it, so the money sat in what I understand to be a default money market fund earning a little interest -- but at least not losing value like everything else in my other investments.

Is there something I could be doing that would yield better than the money market this money got plopped into? FWIW, there are actually two accounts, one at Vanguard for my deferrals, and one at Fidelity for my company match.

 Thanks.
